Veteran fighter Liz Carmouche went to extreme lengths on the scales ahead of the PFL Chicago main event

Veteran fighter Liz Carmouche went to extreme lengths on the scales ahead of the PFL Chicago main event, where she meets Jena Bishop in a rematch for the vacant PFL women’s flyweight championship. To ensure she hit the 125-pound championship limit, the 42-year-old former Bellator champion shaved her head right before stepping onto the scale. Her opponent, Jena Bishop, successfully weighed in just under the limit at 124.6 pounds. The pair run it back following Carmouche’s brutal knockout victory over Bishop in August 2025. With all fighters on the PFL Chicago card successfully making weight, the stage is officially set for Friday night’s marquee event broadcast live on ESPN2
