UFC 330 Bonuses: No “Fight of the Night” Awarded

On August 16, UFC 330 took place in Philadelphia, USA. The main event featured welterweight champion Islam Makhachev successfully defending his title against Ireland’s Ian Garry.

Following the conclusion of the event, the promotion announced four recipients of performance bonuses, with each athlete receiving $100,000.

The traditional “Fight of the Night” award was not presented. Instead, the $400,000 prize pool was split equally among four fighters who received the “Performance of the Night” honors:

Jeremiah Wells — for his submission victory over Myktybek Orolbai in the opening bout of the card.

Charles Johnson — for his rare “twister” submission victory against Eduardo Henrique in the third round.

Dustin Stoltzfus — for a dominant performance and stoppage victory against Mansur Abdul-Malik in the second round.

Jalin Turner — for a lightning-fast knockout of Kaue Fernandes in the first minute of the fight.
