Jonny Mansour Steals the Show Undefeated lightweight prospect Jonny Mansour (8-0, 3 KOs) thrilled the crowd following a ring walk with Detroit rap star 42 Dugg. Mansour put on a masterclass, dropping Ernest Bustos in the closing seconds of the first round with a flush left hook. He continued the onslaught in the second, dropping Bustos twice more with punishing body work to force a referee stoppage at 1:47. “I promised my mother that one day I would be a world champion, and tonight I am one step closer to that promise,” Mansour said. “That was an 11 out of 10 performance.”
Moore Outpoints the Veteran Jennings In heavyweight action, Brandon Moore (20-1, 10 KOs) outworked former world title challenger Bryant Jennings to claim a unanimous decision (99-91, 98-92 twice).
